I live in the USA and totally forgot Mothers Day. In a mad panic I rang Floral Events, it was 8.30 here making it 1.30 in the UK. I thought I'd blown it, but Floral Events saved the day, the lady on the end of the phone was very personable, helpful and understanding. Floral Events had a lovely arrangement delivered to my mum with in the hour. Amazing customer service. I will definitely be calling them again in the future. Give them a call they won't let you down. Thank you so much for making my mums day special.

Ordered flowers, paid for them, but they were never delivered, as it was outside the delivery area and Interflora couldn't find the address. I got the refund after a quick call with the store manager. Check your address with the store before placing the order.

The flowers were delivered on time for Mothers Day but I was very disappointed with what was received. I know it is a busy time so bought one of the dearer bouquets and it was nothing like the one I ordered at all. I sent an email saying I was disappointed and have no reply at all. Will not be using again.
