  Of all the flower shops in Ilkley and the number of plants and flowers I have purchased in fiftyfive years. I always get disappointed when small shops can’t accept they get things wrong sometimes and their products aren’t always perfect, and apologies and put it right, instead getting offensive and nasty seems to be more effectual...all I can say is there are many other shops to purchase what this shop sell, and their quality has been tried and tested without issue...this is why we mistrust some small businesses because we can’t get the service. Please don’t risk spending your money her to get a disappointing product and even more disappointing service...
