  Outstanding customer service - couldn't fault them. Despite an inexplicable card payment mix up they went the extra mile and then some to make my 76 year old Auntie's birthday a very memorable one and I can not praise this team enough - that winning mixture of quality floristry and brilliant dedicated customer service. Kudos to you all. Highly recommended.

  Can’t thank you enough for the lovely arrangements I ordered for some friends and families birthdays that were coming up, SO helpful over the phone, advising and having the time to ask what each flower they like in order to get it right for each person, and they looked absolutely beautiful and kept for so longer.   Janet and her team created beautiful flowers for our wedding in the summer. We wanted relaxed flowers with lots of greenery and a specific colour of pink to go with our theme. We met with Janet a couple of times before the wedding day and provided some photos. When the flowers were delivered the morning of the wedding I was so happy with them, they looked beautiful! The flowers on the cake made a simple white iced cake look wonderful! I would highly recommend The Selsey Florist to anyone needing flowers for their wedding – or any occasion!

  Went in for some balloons for my girls. Needed them next day. Helium canasta ran out. Was a bit disappointed as needed them for the next morning.was told they would go and fill the canasta up. Got a phone call saying they went to get it filled and would deliver to me later on. They were going to take payment over the phone there and then, but apparently the card machine was down and they would ring me back. Never rang back and never even attempted to try and deliver! Safe to say that was my first and last visit to this shop!
