Always a pleasure to be a customer at this shop we’ve been using them for 17 years and would never use anywhere else. I was quite upset by the reception I received from the main older lady in the shop. I originally went in to ask about wedding flowers but picked up a couple of plants whilst there. She had no interest in talking or advising me about their wedding service, I just had a leaflet thrust at me. I definitely would not give them a penny of my hard earned money and now wish I hadn't bought the plants either. Suggest the lady goes on a customer service course and learns how to be polite to customers in the future!!!
