Waste of time. Booked an appointment to choose wedding flowers taking time off from work. Turned up at the shop and Penny wasn't there as she was out "in the van" but no one had bothered to tell us. Was promised a call back to rearrange but never received any call. Totally unresponsive and unreliable.

Extremely disappointed with my anniversary flower purchased by my husband. Dead flower on receipt, roses that have not opened and within a week all flower dead. £25 wasted

Agreed many of the other reviews ,flowers inferior quality ,wiltering and dead on arrival AVOID this florist !!!!
