  Fantastic service and beautiful flowers! Our whole experience with Charisma was great. Becca listened to our ideas from the start and delivered exactly what we wanted. She has an eye for beautiful arrangements that are also a bit ‘different’ and reflect whatever your wedding style is. She was super friendly and quickly responded to any questions we had. The shop was more affordable than its competitors but still provided a fab service!

  VERY DISAPPOINTED I am extremely upset as this was a phone order for my friends birthday. They looked great on the day, but i paid £50 and after a week all that is left is two sunflowers. The roses died after two days ! The choice of flowers were left up to the florist. I will never use again.

  Becca did our flowers for our wedding on 28 12 2018 Newton Hall. Becca is so lovely and a brilliant florist. Our flowers were stunning and we've had loads of compliments on them when showing people photos and from our guests. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Becca!
