I called recently for flowers to be delivered to a friend for her birthday. Lady on phone was lovely and friendly. Flowers were delivered at time requested and were beautiful. Very happy with service, highly recommended.

Buyer beware
On 13th February 2015 I called in the shop and ordered a bunch twelve red roses as a Valentines gift for my wife. I have used this shop on many occasions and always received a traditional bouquet. On Valentines day I was presented with an aqua pack which my wife does not and never has liked. I subsequently contacted the shop that same day to discuss the matter and see if a swap or compromise could be obtained. The attitude of both staff and owner was nothing short of astounding. Clearly they had my money and were not prepared to budge. Given the cost of the flowers I find this nothing sort of disgusting. I shall never use the shop again and do not recommend their services to anyone else. Utterly disgusting.
