Amazing customer service. Flowers delivered was of poor quality but once this was brought to their attention the customer service to resolve the issue was outstanding.. Polite, friendly and took feedback really well. Very happy with the outcome.

Just spoke to a lovely lady at Blakes of Bookham. We had been badly let down by Marks and Spencer Flowers and Blakes have arranged some beautiful flowers for Mother's Day. Absolutely brilliant service - I will only ever use local, independent florists in future. Thank you.
