  Flowers booked more than 3 weeks before the required date, delivery paid for all in advance prior to our departure back to Australia. 10am and still no flowers.... apparently no deliveries are made before 10.30am!!! When clients are booking this service, you really should make them aware. Feeling very let down!! Whilst I understand that you prepare all arrangements with fresh flower's, deliveries not starting until 10.30am would appear to be quite late. Mum is now going out to celebrate her birthday with family, therefore, she now believes she has one son who has forgotten! As for leaving arrangements with a neighbour, I've paid for my mum to receive and appreciate them, not the neighbour!

  Very impressed. A lovely bouquet and polite delivery guy. Wife was over the moon. Can you only pay by credit card though or was I being dense??

  Ordered a £45.00 'Autumn Berries' display full of orange, brown and yellow autumnal colours (as shown on the website) for a family member. They recieved an incomparable display which only had the 'berries' included it also didn't look like a £45.00 display. if your calling, make sure your getting what your looking at on the website. Also ask the difference in price ranges and what you're getting for your money. Won't be using them again!
