  Being a fellow florist we sometimes have to send orders to florists who are based closer to the recipient so that the customer gets better value for their money and both customer and recipient are happy with the arrangement delivered. I have now used louisa and her team twice to send two separate arrangements. On both occasions the arrangements were delivered in a timely manner and both my customers and the recipient were extremely pleased. Would recommend any day x

  I ordered the Bright and Vibrant funeral flower spray and asked for the colours to be predominantly peach and yellow. The flowers were delivered to the funeral director's in good time and I received an e mail confirmation of delivery. They were absolutely beautiful and included the colours I'd asked for. The price was also very reasonable. Full marks.

  Extremely pleased with the funeral flowers I ordered.The advice given initially was very helpful and the floral tributes were just perfect. They were delivered exactly as promised. I would not hesitate to recommend Townend florist.
