Ordered flowers via Interflora who use seasons florist
Wow I am so filled with anger and disappointment!!!
I ordered on behalf of my Father a dozen red roses to be delivered on Thursday 18 July their Diamond Wedding Anniversary. I had a confirmation email confirming all the details and the date of delivery
To my horror the flowers were delivered today Friday 12 July
The bouquet was £45 and delivery was £11. The roses were half dead and quite shocking to be honest.
I rang Interflora straight away and was refunded my money thankfully
Thank you so much Seasons florist for totally spoiling a lovely surprise. I will ensure my friends and family know how poor a service you offer 😡😡😡😡

I went to seasons florist to order flowers for my uncle funeral, not knowing what I wanted to buy the gentleman was very helpful and advised me on different types of arrangements, I went for the teardrop design , they delivered them to the funeral home and when I seen the flowers I was overwhelmed they were stunning , I would highly recommend, excellent service even my three year old grandson when he walked into the shop said the flowers smelt beautiful thank you again

Hi sent flowers to a very dear friend after a personnel bereavement. When i call har told me flowers were beautiful and that guys were wonderful thoughout the whole occasion. Well done and thanks for such personnel service. P.s also told them that i live aboard and ensured skriver 👼👼👼

My 17 yr old daughter got a bouquet of flowers last week for my birthday
Even though the bouquet was beautiful the flowers were not fresh. Roses already going brown on day of purchase and leaves on others turning and floppy. It's only been 4 days and I'm already having to throw some out as died. She had a Valentine's bouquet from Tesco the day before mine and they are so much fresher and obviously cheaper for same types of flowers. If i had picked up my bouquet I would not have accepted it but as she is only a child she wouldn't notice. Disappointing and gutted for my daughter who paid for them and they are dying.
