  Popped in today for some flowers for the first anniversary of losing my mum. The lady was totally unhelpful, offering no suggestions except negative ones until i felt i had no option but to leave the shop and go elsewhere. Won't be going back again, extremely bad customer service.

  Received a basket of flowers for Mothers Day , from my daughter. They were all carnations because I love them. They were absolutely beautiful and still look as beautiful a week later. Thank you to all the staff in Penelope Petals . Would highly recommend.

  Really impressed with their service and quality of flowers. My daughter, sister in law and I went into Penelope' s as we had been to 3 other florists and got no where. The lady had time to talk and ask what we wanted and came up with some lovely ideas for the wedding bouquets. They were all ready on time even though it was 9.30 in the morning for a 11am wedding and they looked beautiful. Very impressed!

  Really helpful Florist. We were late with our order for funeral flowers and they managed to supply a really lovely spray in short time. Thank you so much, even had the pink lilies I requested.

  Nice friendly, enthusiastic female staff helped me to choose a suitable bunch of flowers for my present. The flowers I bought were the best arrangement I have seen,with a special sparkly touch for Christmas. I will go again.
