If you love Thai food this cooking experience is a must. We had a brilliant time, in good company, from start to finish with TUI and her nephew. I learned about new ingredients I never knew was used in Thai cooking. And came away feeling inspired and suitably full after cooking four different dishes, with plenty of leftovers too!

Where do I start? We had the most amazing time with Tui...cooking authentic Thai with the best ingredients! It was fun, educational and we then got to take a fabulous meal home to eat with friends! Highly recommended!

I attended Tui's cooking class and learned so much about how to cook great Thai food from where to source the best ingredients to how to prepare and cook them. I went home with lots of delicious food for my family to try and hope to come back and learn more from Tui soon.

What an excellent time had at Tui's Thai cooking class. Fantastic fun to make, eat and takeway the lovely Thai food. We made Penang curry, Pad Thai, king prawn with chilli and basil leaf, and fishcakes in Tui's kitchen. I would strongly recommend contacting Tui if you would like to develop your Thai cooking skills.
