This was not recent but you can tell I have not forgotten. I made the difficult trip to take my late mother's cremated remains back to the place of her birth in Scotland. We happened to stay near Pitlochery and on the day we left, I thought it would be nice to place a small bunch of flowers at her grave. I went into the shop and chose two roses and some gypsophila and was charged £24.00 (??) I was so shocked but paid as we were about to leave. I now work in the funeral business and am well aware how some merchants jump on the bandwagon and take advantage of people grieving....I'm also very well aware how much flowers cost (my local florist was shocked when I told her !) It's a shame because it's a pretty shop in a pretty place but boy, do you know how to fleece the visitors !

Spent £62 including £10 delivery charge specifically for an am delivery to my Fiance's work only to discover at 2pm on the day of her birthday, after she finished work and returned home empty handed that the order had been placed for a pm delivery! I was then offered a refund on the difference between standard and am delivery charge!!!! Having insisted on a full refund and being told it'd be back on my debit card within 5-10 minutes, over 2 hours later I'm still waiting!!! Not impressed!!!!!!!
