Flowers picked especially due to allergy and they sent completely different flowers to what was ordered! straight in the bin as we couldn't have them in the house. Spelt name wrong on card. will refund if they get the flowers back and again spelt recipients name wrong in response email. Ruined a birthday surprise :( will not be using again

Popped in unannounced for a flat bouquet for my mum. 10 minutes later I left with a large, well presented and well protected bouquet which mum was very impressed by. Recommended.
