  The Bay Tree kindly did flowers for my mother and father's funeral recently and both times they were beautiful and very thoughtfully arranged to our wishes. We were also treated with such kindness whenever we visited the shop to write the cards and given a private room to do so so. Many thanks .

  Excellent customer service. I have purchased flowers from The Bay Tree florist a few times, and they are always high quality. The customer service is second to none, after I was let down by another florist, I walked into The Bay Tree, during a very busy period, when most places would either turn you away, or only accept orders that had already been placed, and walked out with the exact bouquet I was looking for. That was a year ago now, and I have since placed an order over the telephone and most recently, through the website, and can still say the customer service alone is deserving of the 5 stars. After identifying a mistake in my order, I was quickly contacted via email to confirm my request, where most other businesses would have just completed the order as it was. The attention to detail is the reason I will be using The Bay Tree Florists from now on.

  Excellent service, Managed to fill and order very last minute for my mums mothers day and delivery on the day and time specified, Absolutely recommend and thank you for your help, will definitely be using you in future. absolute stars. Thank you. xx
