  I'm EXTREMELY fussy about flowers and its a real struggle for me to find a place I trust without being local to see the florists work.I chose to use Petals and phoned in the morning for one of their bouquets I saw on their website (the name of which I couldnt remember),I needed same day delivery too.The gentleman who answered was amazing - so friendly and helpful despite the fact my child screamed continually throughout the conversation and I was asking for quite alot given the short notice for delivery and lack of name for flowers .Petals played an absolute blinder - the flowers were delivered mid afternoon and were ABSOLUTELY STUNNING.I cannot rate this florist highly enough to everybody. I have used numerous florists but have never been as impressed as I am with Petals. A MASSIVE thank you to all involved.

  Ordered a sports tribute for my late uncle. He was a Chelsea fan so ordered a blue & white ball on a green cusion with blue & white flowers on one corner & uncle ribbon across other corner, it was absolutely fantastic, i know my uncle loved it! Thank you so much for your hard work.

  This is the second time I have used Petals and each time the speed of delivery was excellent and the flowers chosen were perfect for each occasion.

  I live in Australia, and when I heard my Grand Aunt was in hospital in Margate, England, I wanted to make sure she received a beautiful and colourful flower arrangement. I picked Petals because they had the arrangement that I knew she would like (and was in my budget). Delivery was prompt and my Grand Aunt loved them! The website was easy to navigate and being able to pay with PayPal made for a smooth, seamless transaction.

  Well worth a visit, the window displays are wonderful. The proprietor is a Chelsea Medal winner.
