  This is such a great flower shop. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I particularly love the beautiful roses and orchids. Everything is beautifully displayed and there is so much to see.

  Atrocious service. Second time in after spending 140 when service was acceptable. On this occasion service was absolutely nonexistent. Stood in shop for 10 mins without being asked if I needed help then two subsequent customers who came in were serviced before our very eyes even though we were first in line at the counter. I then asked the girl behind counter if I could pay and was literally ingnored! Complete and utter weird people with no business professionalism what so ever. We walked out in disgust.

  We couldn't attend a party in Folkestone today so we had delivered by this company a beautiful Orchid , chocolates and a balloon . We are really chuffed with the quality and so are the recipients and party goers. Thank you for ensuring our loved ones knew we were thinking of them in Stoke-on-Trent ;for delivering same day to a comercial premises and for your great customer service , products and value .
