Sue and Martin, I don't know how to thank you for the service you provided for my daughters wedding. From the bouquet, bridesmaids, flower girl. buttonholes reception and table flowers and not forgetting the 100 white roses , you left "no stone unturned". Your professionalism and attention to detail from the word go, on the day, and the next morning helped to make our day "GREAT". It was a pleasure to hear all the compliments on the flowers that day. I could not recommend you enough.

I have given 5 stars because although there was a problem with the funeral spray, caused by the hot weather, the owner of the Flower Shop phoned me personally, to apologise, & arranged a satisfactory outcome to the unfortunate error. Mistakes happen, & this is where good customer service comes to the fore. This is the first & only time I have had a complaint about this shop, but the exemplary way in which it was handled, gives me confidence to use, & recommend this shop again.
