  My mum rang to order a bouquet for my sister who had recently arrived home with her new baby. The staff were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The bouquet arrived this morning promptly as requested, and they were over the moon with the flowers. Thankyou so much for your kind and professional service.
