I've been phoning in to Jane the Florist for about four years to deliver bouquets on birthdays & holidays - always good and delivered on time. They're good at customizing as requested, and can add on extras like a box of chocolates.

I placed an order by phone and was pleased to hear from the recipient that a beautiful bunch matching my request had been delivered later that afternoon (very promptly indeed from what I gather).
