If I could give no stars I would . Family flowers were ordered and paid for in advance for my auntie's funeral.They were not delivered. Family members had to dash to the shop as they were not answering the phone , they denied all knowledge then hastily cobbled an arrangement together and kept the hearse waiting until they were brought to the house . They have refunded , as they knew they were in the wrong , but not with an apology or good grace from what I understand and S refund foes not compensate for an awful experience at a stressful time .

Ordered as a gift for a family member who was thrilled with the flowers and reported back they have lasted much longer than others delivered at a similar time from elsewhere. Very happy with the quality and service provided, would recommend.
