  So disappointed as thought I found a flower shop close to my work as like to buy flowers regularly. Unfortunately the customer service was less than good. Awful really. I said the price for a bunch of flowers I had picked up was more than I usually pay and didn’t want to spend more than £6 for some flowers and was hoping to be pointed to a cheaper bunch. He mentioned carnations for 70p each, fair enough but hardly a nice wee bunch of flowers. I hesitated and he told me to ‘take a walk’ to the other flower shop.. and I ‘shouldn’t be rude.’ I was out on my break from a hectic shift at hospital, I felt awful after going in there. He did apologise as I walked out empty handed but a little to late.

  I am delighted with my beautiful flowers. At first Linda couldn't find our house - it's very hidden - but she left a message and tried again. I can happily say that the service at Kelly's is as gorgeous as the flowers themselves, a stunning display in pinks and whites. I highly recommend Kelly's. And thank you to my lovely colleagues for my gift!
