I picked some flowers out and she put them back and got brown dying ones for me. Saying "No. I dont want you to have the ones you picked. They're bad. These will grow better."
I said "no thanks.. I want these ones please."
Twice more, she tried to sell me the dead ones. Saying "trust me, they are better" and so on. Even tried to swap the dead ones whilst I wasn't looking!
What kind of person treats their customers like complete idiots like this? Definetly avoid.

Great service, great flowers and great location if you are in north London. “Chinese” girl is actually Korean and does one of the most creative bouquets.

NEVER EVER use this company!
Unless you want to be robbed of your money and spoken to like Dirt!
gave them my card details over the phone for payment, but then cancelled the order, as i no longer wanted the flowers...
However the ladies on the telephone failed to cancel the order and instead still took £45 out of my account and still delivered the flowers!
It was supposed to be a surprise for my friend so she ended up taking them anyway, non the wiser that I had ordered her a BETTER bouquet of flowers down the road!
Never in all my life have i received such bad service from a shop!
I had the OWNER of the company call me up today shouting with an angry tone, accusing me lying!
Shouting and i quote, "Im getting angry now, are you questioning my wife's honesty? I aint got time for this!"
If this is the level of customer service you receive from the OWNER of the company there is no hope for any of the staff of being any better!
Not once did i receive an apology for the mistake they made!

Great experience. Called right before closing time and got beautiful flowers delivered to my hotel for my girlfriend's birthday. Great customer service and experience.

Such a bad attitude from the Chinese girl, (sorry, Korean), working there. I asked for a small bouquet to be made up to the value of £50 before 6pm, to be told that we don't make bouquets, you're too late. Well fudge you then!!!!
