  I've visited Bloxham's on several occasions, usually last minute on mother's day, valentine's and anniversaries. The fact that I can tell the staff a price and what flowers I need, and get an amazing custom bouquet back every time is great! I'm not an expert in flowers but the women in my life (partner, mum, and in-law) are. They are always happy with the quality and appearance of the bouquets, and report that they last a long time. On a side note the ladies are always super friendly and easy to chat to whilst you wait. The owner and her sister are great. Highly recommend!

  Extremely bad customer service - Poor communication - Poor quality of flowers I ordered flowers a week ago to be delivered today for a friends birthday. When they hadn't turned up I call the shop to hear my order not be ready due flower shortage on the day and will not be delivered for another 2 hours. When I asked why was I not contacted to be told about this delay I was told there was a shortage of flowers due to mothers day and when asked about why I was not contacted the sales woman was unable to give me a response. I would be more understanding if I had ordered them today but knowing this order was placed a week ago I find the lack of preparation and communication unacceptable. When dealing with the rude sales woman I asked for a full refund to be told I was unable to get a refund for 24 hours as the manager was not in today and I would have to wait until the next day. When I asked for a time they could deliver the flowers they were unable to tell me an exact time but kept quoting me an hour or hour and fifteen. The whole time I am at work speaking to this sales woman who clearly had not thought ahead of the orders for Monday just to be told sorry the delivery has not turned up. The shop finally did deliver the flowers and I was not happy with what was presented. I expected a big bunch of colourful spring flowers and what I got was the dreg-end that the shop could pull together to keep me happy. I am disappointed at the level of customer service provided by this shop. This is unacceptable for any business to operate and I would advise anyone reading this to think twice before using this business

  Asked for some specific flowers for my nans birthday, pom pom chrysanthemums as they are her favourite. Wasn't sure if they were the right ones at first but my nan loved them and has had them for over a month and they still look beautiful!! They have become more pom pom like as time has gone on! She loves them and they were fantastic value for money considering how log they have lasted and how beautiful they are now!! Many thanks!!

  Popped in one Monday lunchtime and was made a beautiful bouquet for my wife on the spot, which are very beautiful and she is extremely happy with.
