We had our wedding flowers from Flowercraft (November 2017). The service we received was second to none. The arrangements were perfect, as was the advice we received. They were delivered to the venue on time and with no fuss. I highly recommend.

I asked for closed peonies as part of my bridal bouquet but got ones already opened and was told that, that's how they came on their delivery.
Also when I asked for an extra rose to be put into my bouquet (due to a gap which made it look like the bouquet was incomplete), I was told that it wasn't possible, due to the amount of money I'd spent (£65).
It was only when my mum did what I called an 'SOS' on my bouquet and added another rose for the gap and closed peonies (purchased from Tesco), that it looked wonderful as it should have done in the first place!

The ladies did a magnificent job on my Dad's funeral flowers. Plus they were so helpful when I needed guidance. My nieces were also very impressed as they also needed help with colour on their PAPA designs. I have used before & to us they are the only ones we shall use in the future.
