Flowers were ordered, but when they didn't arrive, they were contacted. The response was they had no flowers, so could not deliver on the arranged day. When they eventually were delivered a few days later, they were just left on the doorstep. They didn't bother to knock or ring the doorbell. When we phoned to complain, the response was that they didn't think anyone was home and 'Well what do you want me to do about it '. We said an apology would at least help. Very poor service! Avoid. There are better florists in the area.

Failed to deliver flowers on the day required and more frustratingly refused to answer my calls. Poor excuse and response when they eventually answered the phone. Must try harder
