  Excellent customer service. I recently gave the wrong address to send sympathy flowers to. I phoned the shop next day, to check if they had been received by the occupant of the address I gave them, or if they had been left with a neighbour. I said I was going to visit the address and explain what had happened. I was told not to, they would sort it out. I received an email later on that day to say they had delivered the flowers to my friend. She was delighted with them. I am so thankful. I have always had good service for deliveries. I certainly would not consider going anywhere else. They went beyond their duty when it was my fault not theirs.

  Fabulous flowers for 90th birthday. Excellent service and prices. I sent flowers to Edinburgh a few times a year but didn’t know any local florists as don’t live in Scotland so usually send from Marks and Spencer’s but now I can use this fantastic florist with confidence and will do. After all when you sent flowers to someone they are not going to say they weren’t very good are they. So you never know if they were worth what you spent. I can’t recommend this florist highly enough. Well done xx

  Excellent service from this florist. I have used them both ordering online and dropping in for a bunch of flowers. Superb service and attention to detail I highly recommend and those that have received them from me are blown away by the quality.

  Birtday girl loved the flowers, chocolate and balloon, delivery was exactly at the day that I requested. If you wanna surprise someone I recommend this florist !

  Stunning bouquets of flowers with attention to detail in every bouquet. I've been lucky to receive a few bouquets from this florists and each bouquet has lasted a long time. I would highly recommend them. Thank you.
