  I have to say that the lady in charge is lovely. A nice local flower shop proving fresh flowers at a reasonable price. Very difficult to gauge quality online (especially when you know nothing about flowers!) so this is very convenient for me!

  I did not want to give this shop one star but had to just to write this review about the terrible service i received from the woman who works in there. I payed £50 for some flowers delivered and they were in terrible condition, half were dead ,, i called & she went on & on then promised she'd come back to collect the flowers & give me a fresh bunch. Instead she came & took them & told me I'd not paid for them.! I'm so angry. I'm going to the police to report her for being a scam & very unprofessional. If anyone wants to pay good money just for dead flowers then don't go to the Lilly basket in senhouse street maryport. Instead order online i got a great service for the same price.. That woman isn't getting away with this & i hope she finds prison her kind of place.!! 😡👊🏼
