    Great service - Michele was very professional and flexible in tailoring the service to my needs. The flowers were better than expected. I highly recommend using this florist.

    Amazing service with the most incredible, well experienced and friendly staff. Customer experience was on point from the start, with the best quality and attention to detail that fully catered to my needs. Flowers lasted much longer than I expected. Will certainly return again on many occasions!

    A flower basket was delivered at 5.30 pm on 17.12.18 within 18 hrs some of the flowers were dying (not anywhere near a heat source or direct sunlight). I contacted the florist who agreed to replace my basket on either am of 20th or 21st. I called again today (21st) and they were definitely being delivered - except it is now 20.30 hrs & I'm off to bed with no flowers. Very poor customer service. Hopefully I can attach pics of semi dead flowers taken on day 2 showing them in a sorry state

    Not impressed with the service of this Florist. Our son who works away from the UK placed an order through Interflora who passed the orderon to Woodley Flowers for Mothers Day. No Flowers had arrived at all on the day. His Mother was given a card by a Neighbour saying the Florist had tried to deliver the Flowers but the problem was it was the wrong address. When she contacted the Florist on Monday morning to say they had some flowers was she was met by the Florist saying they had tried a couple of times. When it was pointed out the gentleman had gone to the wrong address the lady was not even bothered and kept saying "It was the right address" she would not admit they had gone to wrong house. She said they would be delivered Monday, they arrived at 13:00 and the gentleman was quiet off hand when my wife told him he had gone to wrong house with the statement of "You have got them now" some of the flowers had looked as they were going over. Our son could not understand why his Mum did not message him to say "Thank you" for the flowers on Mothers Day. She had to explain to our son what had happened soured the occasion

    My son ordered me a bouquet for mothers day which was delivered last Saturday morning. When they arrived they looked beautiful. I followed all the instructions with regards to their care. By Monday some of the flowers were drooping and the rose didnt look very happy either. Tuesday when i got home from work the rose was almost dead. I tried to ring Woodleys but they were closed so i left an email with my contact number. We were rung later that evening but stuggled to hear what she was saying as she was on a mobile. One thing she did say was i cant replace it otherwise i will be out of pocket but she would contact interflora. I had an email on wednesday from Woodleys to say i had to contact interflora myself which i did and after alot of emails and picture i was assured a replacement bouquet would be delivered. I recieved my bouquet and an apology from interflora this evening at 17.35 and it looks beautiful. Fingers crossed it last this time.
