  Have been a customer of Pauline Reid Flowers for a number of years. Pauline is a lovely, friendly woman and nothing is ever too much trouble. In these days of the anonymous internet and automated customer "services" it's great to deal with a real person who takes the time to chat and engage with her customers. Thank you Pauline for all the times you've brought a smile to my mother's face by delivering such beautiful bouquets and always on time.

  Just recently I had cause to send flowers to my cousin in England and they needed to be really special. I phoned Pauline nothing was a problem and as always the flowers delivered to my cousin were fabulous. You excelled yet again and I appreciate your kindness in sorting this out for me. Thankyou.

  As soon as i met Pauline i knew she was the perfect person to take care of our wedding flowers! Pauline was really easy to talk to and listened to me and gave advice when i needed it. Being from Belfast i travelled up with a selection of photos of what i was looking for and left them in Paulines capable hands. On the day of our wedding i was blown away by what Pauline had done for us! The flowers were incredible and every guest said so! They were beautiful. I cant thank Pauline enough and i would 100% recommend her to anyone!
