It was such a leap of faith to order flowers online from California to be delivered in Wales for a dear friend's fathers' funeral, but I chose The Cottage Garden, and I am so delighted with the beautiful arrangement that was delivered. The flowers were beautiful and bright, and our friend felt the love we were sending his way. Thank-you so much

Have ordered several flower arrangments with Gordon and all have been beautiful and long lasting, will continue to get all my flowers from there as in my view they are the best around.

Very disappointed. Ordered a bouquet for a friends birthday to be delivered. Saw a bouquet I liked on their website but as I also wanted a 50 birthday balloon rang the order through to the shop. Gave the name of the bouquet as shown on the website as the one I wanted to order and confirmed the colour. However when my friend sent me a picture of what was sent it was nothing like the one ordered. The one on line was beautiful,purple and cream in a box made up in the main of irises and roses. The one sent was in a foil bag with only two roses the rest of the flowers in the main being the ones you see in the supermarket in the cheap bunches. I could have bought a much nicer bouquet for a tenner in the supermarket, this one cost me almost £40. I emailed to tell them how disappointed I was and did not even have a reply.
