Disappointing. I've used Earlybird a lot over the past 15 years or so and until now they've always been above average. This time however I could not have the flowers I ordered, which I could live with, but the replacement flowers were of poor quality and they all died within 72 hours. In my book on this occasion this was not good value for money.
