  what a farcical idiot of a woman I specifically ordered 4 fresh Cream roses for Men Button holes and 2 fresh roses in cream for the ladies no price quibble no negotiating I was given a price and accepted it without hesitation or question the flowers were picked up today by my son only to be given Artificial flower which could have been bought in any old haberdashery shop I personally hate artificial flowers and will not have them anywhere even at cost to ourselves when I queried it I was told quite arrogantly that It was what I ordered that's the 1st and last this moron of a woman or shop will get from our family and anybody else I can warn off them sheer ignorance and arrogant except when it comes to paying and we paid in cash DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE
