  Willows Florist did the flowers for my Dads funeral we ordered online and everything was perfect and how we wanted them. Extremely please with the service and flowers were beautiful thanks so much

  My Husband ordered a beautiful bouquet online for our wedding anniversary, and when they arrived the bouquet was nothing at all like shown on the website it was in fact a bunch of cheap flowers with diamanté’s stuck on them , they replied a day later to to my complaint to say that they would add some more roses if il liked, but it was too late they had already sent me the cheap bouquet and couldn’t add the roses for a another 2 days anyway, I can’t honestly believe that Willows is justifying the flowers they sent as acceptable to what is shown online definitely will not use them ever again!!!

  Excellent Local Florists - Two Very Artistic Girls We have now used Willows numerous times, and always get very good, fresh flowers, artistic arrangements, individually selected. Friendly and helpful with local delivery service. Today both were beavering away despite having colds, and still staying cheerful. You can't take days off sick when you run your own business!... especially just before Christmas.
