Buying flowers is a simple enough transaction. Doing it remotely using website is a little more daunting but Ann and team provided the extra service needed to make this task as simple as going into the shop. Good communication incl follow up phone call ensured a faultless service at a good price. It's not rocket science but we all know that online services can be hit and miss. This one is a hit. Recommended.

I've been ordering flowers with Ann Barnes for the past five years for my family, and I've always had such a wonderful (and easy) time ordering them online. I live in Texas, and Ann and the team make it so easy for me to send my love from across the pond. Ann was amazing for my wedding flowers. I had no idea what I wanted but she immediately put me at ease and showed me lots of different ideas, discussing my budget and my favourite flowers. When the flowers arrived, having left her to it, everything was perfect. Can't recommend enough and thank you so much xx
